US Regierung erteilt Intel die Lizenz. Gut fur Intel, weil sie mehr Produkte nach China absetzen können. China freut sich, weil Huawei mit guter Hardware ausgestattet werden. Wird Intel bei der weiteren Zuspitzung des Konflikts zwischen Usa und China wahrscheinlich davor bewahren, auf eine Blacklist zu kommen.
