CSG acquires the Gnaschwitz industrial site in Germany and plans to invest more than EUR 100 million in its initial development.
Highlights:
▪️ Through CSG Energetic Materials Germany, CSG has acquired the 57-hectare Gnaschwitz industrial site in Saxony, further expanding the Group’s industrial footprint in Germany.
▪️ As part of the initial development phase, CSG plans to invest more than EUR 100 million to establish production capacities for nitroglycerin and nitroglycerin-based products, while also preparing production capacities for ammunition and ammunition components.
▪️ The investment will strengthen CSG’s vertically integrated European value chain for energetic materials and ammunition while improving security of supply for strategic energetic materials.
