Hast du die Meilensteine auch auf dem Schirm Torofeo?

Bin bei 5,5 K Minus und das ist echt bitter wenn man überlegt was ich mit dem Geld hätte machen können, wenn ich es in Krypto investiert hätte. Aber Torofeo wem sag ich das 🙁.

Meine Überlegung ist es steigt durch die News und es wird von der hoffentlich kommenden Jahresendrally noch mitgereisten und ich realisiere Verluste am Ende des Jahres.

Ja ich habe es auch gelesen. Die Aktie ist in der AH aber nicht abgeschmiert. Zudem erwarten und noch 2 Meilensteine im Dezember siehe link Seite 23:

Bei 2 Minus wäre es mir auch egal. Ich hab aber schon 13k realisierte Verluste und habe noch 7k investiert

Hi Leute, ihr wisst ich bin eigentlich immer ein Freund der Geduld. Das habe ich eigentlich auch immer geschrieben. Am Freitag kam aber eine News raus die mich sehr verunsichert hat und mich zu einem umdenken bewegt hat. Ich möchte das hier gerne teilen und eure Meinungen dazu wissen. Die werden eine Kapitalerhöhung von 15m Aktien machen. Das war soweit abzusehen und das ist auch soweit okay, damit muss man rechnen bei small Caps und vor allem bei biotech. Aber Lest euch bitte Mal section S8 des offerings Mal durch. Da geht es um Risiken. Ich kopiere es hier Mal rein. Ich habe mich daher entschlossen das restliche Geld was noch übrig ist zu 75% rauszuziehen und abzuwarten: You may experience future dilution as a result of future equity offerings. Mal abgesehen davon, daß sehr viele Leute große Hoffnungen in den Spac hatten (mich inbegriffen) war der eher ein flop. Somit wurde das Vertrauen viele Anleger verspielt.

Ich sehe bis dato nur minus.
