Das sehe ich auch so. Nächste Woche, am 13.12., ist die außerordentliche Gesellschafterversammlung. Mal sehen, was kommt. Außer der Namensänderung.

Bin mal gespannt ob wir das Hoch halten oder gar ausbauen. Hoffe mal dass es heute nicht gleich wieder abwärts geht. Die Insiderkäufe zeigen ja auch das Vertrauen da ist. Wobei die Menge mich jetzt nicht vom Stuhl fallen ließ. Aber bekanntlich macht Kleinvieh auch Mist und die Botschaft hat auch Signalkraft.

Arcario AB changes name to K33 AB Arcario AB, the publicly listed parent company of crypto broker K33, is changing its name to K33 AB. This is evident from a notice of an extraordinary general meeting for Arcario on December 13. Arcario currently has approximately 20,000 shareholders. The name change appears logical, as @TorbjrnBullJens, CEO of both @ArcarioAB and @K33HQ, stated in a video interview with Kaupr a couple of weeks ago that Arcario is now out of Bitcoin mining and various portfolio companies, focusing 100% on K33. Das muss ja nichts Schlechtes sein, solange keine neuen Aktien ausgegeben werden und verwässert wird. Aber bei der Menge an Aktien braucht es wahrscheinlich keine neue Ausgabe.

Danke Higgins, nein das habe ich wohl überlesen. Was ich eher gelesen habe ist die weitere Ausgabe von Aktien an Angestellte.

Deshalb habe ich das Thema hier schon mal in K33/Arcario umbenennen lassen. Wenn die Namensänderung fix ist, wird auf K33 abgeändert.

Ist wahrscheinlich nicht aufgefallen, aber im nächsten Meeting wird über eine Namensänderung in K33 entschieden. Ja absolut leider hab ich mir die Anfangsanzahl von Kristian Lundkvist Paket nicht gemerkt. Die Abverkaufe sind mit Gewinnmitnahmen schon auch zu erklären. Im Jahreschart sind wir 100% gestiegen. Aber ganz traue ich dem Braten nicht.
