Lithium Americas schließt Änderungen des DOE-Darlehens ab und stellt ATM-Update bereit

Darüber hinaus haben das Joint Venture und GM eine Änderung des Lithium-Abnahmevertrags zwischen GM und LN (der „ Abnahmevertrag “) vereinbart, um das Projekt weiter zu unterstützen. Der Änderungsantrag gestattet LN, zusätzliche Abnahmeverträge mit Dritten für bestimmte verbleibende Produktionsmengen abzuschließen, die laut Prognose nicht von GM abgenommen werden.
