After decades of decline, Endicott officials are hopeful the area is beginning a renaissance. The former IBM campus has a new owner planning to invest millions in repairs to the sprawling facility, which recently picked up two more tenants, Imperium3 and Ubiquity Solar, with aggressive hiring plans in 2021 and beyond.
