Würden die Amis tatsächlich tun, was sie gerade nahezu im Sekundentakt auf Stock.twits posten (all in), dann sollte auch heute bissi was gehen... nur posten die eben viel, wenn der Tag lang ist.

Ja würde ich mir auch wünschen. Ich steck da aber auch nicht tief genug drin, um sagen zu können, welche genauen Informationen an uns weitergeleitet werden dürfen.

Das mag sein, wobei eine Statusmeldung "wir warten im Moment auf ..." sicher nicht unangenehm wäre.

Meine persönliche Meinung ist, dass ich nicht glaube das dort jemand wirklich rumbummelt.. Es gibt halt Faktoren, welche den Prozess verlangsamen. Und manche Sachen können schwer beschleunigt werden. Wenn man auf das beglaubigen von Dokumenten wartet, dann wartet man nun Mal xD

Um zeitnah an die Gelder zu kommen und damit schneller skalieren zu können, sollte Microvast größtes Interesse am Merger haben. Ein guter Zeitpunkt, um langsam Gas zu geben... sind wir mal gespannt.

Reaktion aus Red.dit darauf: This is higly relevant to Microvast as it seems like they are fortunately/unfortunately one of the few companies that will provide American jobs in cell production. Most of the time when XYZ company builds a battery manufacturing facility in XYZ state what they really are doing is making battery modules into battery packs or battery cells into battery modules, relying on component, cell, or module imports, it is all PR hype. Even Tesla is doing this. Within their battery factories they have panasonic owned sections. Panasonic actually imports cell components from Asia (e.g Shenzhen BTR, Asahi, Sumitomo, etc.) rolls them, tests them, and then hands them off to tesla to pack. There are very few players in the US that have the capability to go from raw material to cell components. It is why battery origin is the exclusion to the Buy America act despite being 30% of the cost of these vehicles. There was news of this wanting to be changed years ago, but I believe the talks died off (slides starting from 38 are relevant). This sentiment may still however exist (and should), and may have been a selling point when Oshkosh sold its electric USPS vehicle to the government. That the production down to the battery (largest cost) would be wholly produced in America. Microvast talks aside this is a real issue when we talk about American electrification. China owns the field, the same way Arabs controlled Oil, expect that China is not on the best terms with the US compared to Saudi Arabia. With China controlling 90%+ of the rare earth market, and subsequently battery cell production, America needs to diversify its rare earth imports. It needs to work on doing everything else domestically, providing jobs, and reducing international dependence, the same way we've built our own oil production infrastructure.

Ohne eine Special meeting Datum sind das keine nachhaltigen Anstiege. Meine Meinung. So nicht enttäuscht sein, wenn das morgen oder übermorgen wieder weg ist 🤷‍♂️
