American Lithium meine ich gehört zu haben

Ich werde meine Millennial Aktien halten, bis das am 30. September durch ist. Trotzdem: Maydorn hat in seinem letzten Artikel https://www.deraktionaer.de/artikel/aktien/neue-lithium-aktie-mit-tesla-fantasie-200-prozent-kurspotenzial-20236576.html getönt, da gäbe es eine Lithium Aktie gäbe mit 200% Kurspotential. Ist jemand auf seinem Maydornreport und weiss, welche Aktie er meint?

@Orbiter. Was dort steht, ist nicht klar. Muss ich selber jetzt aktiv werden und meinem Broker sagen, dass er handeln soll, oder wird der Broker automatisch von Millennial informiert? Mein Broker sagt, sie können da nicht aktiv werden, solange sie nichts offizielles bekommen haben. Und sie haben bisher nichts offizielles bekommen. Wie bekomme ich meinen Code mit dem ich dann online abstimmen kann? Wie mache ich es, dass ich ein "registered Security Shareholder" werde? Im Schreiben steht: "Go to www.proxyvote.com. Enter the 16 digit Code printed on the VIF and follow the intructions". Keine Ahnung was VIF ist, nirgendwo steht, wie mein Code lautet oder wie ich an den Code kommen kann.

Herold, bitte die Antwort der ING hier posten. Du solltest nicht der einzige bei der Bank sein, und es muss dann nicht jeder einzeln tätig werden. Spart allen beteiligten Arbeit.

Der Abschluß der Übernahme (sofern die notwendige Mehrheit zustande kommt) wird für November erwartet. Dann sollten die (umgerechnet) 3,6 CAD auf dem Konto landen. Wären dementsprechend maximal knapp 3 Monate. Ist doch eine gute Rendite für jemanden der erst jetzt einsteigt und eine Alternative zu Festgeld sucht. Da hätte ich mal in SEDAR bei der Auswahl der Dokumente das Datum aktualisieren sollen, dann wären mir die Dokumente vom 01.09 nicht verborgen geblieben. Asche auf mein Haupt! Ich verstehe die Aufregung hier nicht. Das Verfahren zur Abstimmung ist doch in den Dokumenten gut beschrieben. Klar ist dass nur registrierte Aktionäre abstimmen können und dass die meisten Aktionäre nicht registriert sind. Aber die Banken und Broker bei denen man die Aktien gekauft hat sind registriert. Die sind sogenannte Intermediaries. "Most Shareholders are Non-Registered Voting Securityholders because the Shares or Warrants that they own are not registered in their names but are instead registered in the name of the brokerage firm, bank or trust company through which they purchased the Shares or Warrants. Shares and Warrants beneficially owned by a Non-Registered Voting Securityholder are registered either: (i) in the name of an Intermediary that the Non-Registered Voting Securityholder deals with in respect of the Shares or Warrants (Intermediaries include, among others, banks, trust companies, securities dealers or brokers ..." Klar ist auch dass ein Intermediary nicht selbst abstimmt sondern eine entsprechende Anweisung braucht. "If my Shares or Warrants are held by an Intermediary, will they vote my Shares or Warrants for me? No. An Intermediary will vote the Shares or Warrants held by you only if you provide instructions to such Intermediary on how to vote. If you are a Non-Registered Voting Securityholder, your Intermediary will send you a VIF or proxy form with this Circular. If you fail to give proper instructions, those Shares or Warrants will not be voted on your behalf. Non-Registered Voting Securityholder should instruct their Intermediaries to vote their Shares or Warrants on their behalf by following the directions on the VIF or proxy form provided to them by their Intermediaries. Unless your Intermediary gives you its proxy to vote the Shares or Warrants at the Meeting, you cannot vote those Shares or Warrants beneficially owned by you at the Meeting." Im Idealfall sollte nun wegen der Abstimmung zur Übernahme kurzfristig eine Info von der Bank oder dem Broker kommen, bei der man die Aktien gekauft hat. Falls da nichts passiert, einfach mal nachhaken. Die sollten dann eine komfortable Möglichkeit für die Abstimmung anbieten, oder zumindest die 16-stellige Kontrollnummer zur Verfügung stellen damit man selbst per Internet abstimmen kann. Auch dieser Prozess ist in den Dokumenten beschrieben. "Non-Registered Voting Securityholders If your shares are held with a broker, bank or other intermediary Go to www.proxyvote.com. Enter the 16-digit control number printed on the VIF and follow the instructions on screen."
