Dänemark erhebt eine Quellensteuer von 27% auf Dividenden. 15 % sind in Deutschland auf die Abgeltungsteuer anrechenbar, die restlichen 12 % werden in Dänemark auf Antrag erstattet. Die Verjährungsfrist beträgt drei Jahre ab Erhalt der Dividende.
