Using the Q1 2026 filing, BioNTech reported total cash, cash equivalents, and security investments of €16.763 billion, consisting of €9.939 billion in cash and cash equivalents, €4.697 billion in current security investments, and €2.127 billion in non-current security investments. Updating my model with these figures increases the company's net cash position and raises my estimated fair value accordingly. I will correct those figures in the article. Regarding the Bristol Myers Squibb collaboration, I believe we are aligned. My valuation already incorporates the announced upfront payment, anniversary payments, milestone opportunities, and the 50/50 development cost and profit-sharing structure, so I do not see a material difference between our understanding of the agreement.
