Von 300 Stück halte ich nur noch 50. lass dir auch einfach laufen vllt wirds ja was. Kannst dir mal Surf Air Mobile anschauen (Keine Anlagenberatung) Palantir ist dort länger investiert. Ist noch relativ klein aber Profitabilität ist 2025 vorgesehen.

Privatplatzierung für Investoren. Niemand weis ob es weiter runter geht oder hoch. Ist gut fürs Unternehmen bekommen mehr Geld rein. Aber ich kann mir ehrlich gesagt nicht vorstellen dass es hier was wird, aber solange es läuft wieso nicht drin bleiben 😄

The proceeds from this financing significantly augments NANO Nuclear's cash on hand to over $120M. With this cash on hand, NANO Nuclear will be able to more readily advance its microreactors, auxiliary businesses, seek complimentary acquisitions and drive growth towards initial revenue generation. The definitive securities purchase agreement was executed on November 24, 2024, and the private placement is expected to close on November 27, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. The Benchmark Company is acting as sole placement agent for the transaction. In connection with the private placement, the Company will issue an aggregate of 2,500,000 shares of common stock and five-year warrants to purchase an aggregate of up to an additional 2,500,000 shares of common stock, or 100% warrant coverage. Investors will pay a purchase price of $24.00 for each share and associated warrant. The warrants are exercisable for $26.00 per share.

Ist sonst noch interessant, seit dem Ukraine Krieg kauft USA mehr Uran von Russland als je zuvor (Lustig dass unsere Politiker EU zu Tode sanktioniert haben btw.) USA will sehr viele Reaktoren wieder reaktivieren und ich denke dort wird auch Kohle und neuere Technologien fließen. „Einer besteht darin, die in den letzten Jahrzehnten verkümmerte eigene Industrie wieder anzukurbeln. Oklo hat sich auch gut entwickelt und vor paar Tagen kam ja die News mit dem kommenden Energie Minister US. President-elect Donald Trump picked Liberty Energy CEO Chris Wright to lead the Department of Energy. Liberty Energy is an oilfield services company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Wright also serves on the board of nuclear power startup Oklo. Wright has denied that climate change represents a global crisis. Der ist auch im Oklo Vorstand.

Solche News sind irrelevant, bereue zwar bereits 2/3 verkauft zu haben aber egal Rest lass ich laufen. Nuklear ETF hat sich in 6 Monaten verdoppelt. Alle Nuklear Werte ziehen hoch Oklo z.B. auch.
