The proceeds of this sale will be used to fund a private placement of 1,406,250 shares of the Company at a price of $0.32 per share for gross proceeds to Nano One of $450,000.  The proceeds of this private placement will be used for technology and corporate development, and general working capital. The shares issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a hold period under applicable securities laws, which will expire four months plus one day from the date of closing of the private placement. Warum wird unter Stammdaten einen Aktiensplit von 0,5 erwähnt? Aus März 2015. Der Chart beginnt erst März 2016...

Nano One ist wesentlich einprägsamer und moderner. Mit dem neuen Namen alleine werden die schon mehr Erfolg haben, weil der sich besser rum spricht.
