Unseriös Mineral Mountain Resources (TSXV:MMV:CA) (OTCQB:MNRLF) said on Wednesday that the exploration stage company is set to change its name to Badlands Resources, and carry out a 1-for-10 reverse stock split. The company has received an approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the name change and the share consolidation. The name change and share consolidation is effective Nov. 30. The company will trade under the symbol BLDS, and under the new CUSIP/ISIN numbers 056600109/CA0566001099. A total of 113.07M shares issued and outstanding will reduce to ~11.4M. Also, the company has appointed P. Joseph Meagher CFO, effective Sep. 12. Meagher succeeds Tom Wilson, who has resigned from the post of CFO.
