Wenn Clayton nicht will das die Aktionäre sehen wie viele Millionen er eingesackt hat zum Aliant 4,5€ Hype dann wartet er ab bis das vorbei ist.
Der Aliant hype war wann genau? Ende 2017 / Anfang 2018.
Also Ende 2022 Anfang 2023 hat er es aus gesessen.
Clayton hat bis Jänner 2019 zurück nach getragen, für 2018 und 2017 gibt es keinen einzigen Eintrag auf SEDI. Könnte also sein das es noch weit bis 2023 hinein dauert.

Die Verjährungsfristen beziehen sich auf die 5 Jahresfrist die man bei SEDI hat. Also wo ein Insider seine Aktien Käufe und Verkäufe eintragen muss. Da kann die BCSC 5 Jahre zurück gehen und verlange das er es nach trägt. Tut er das nicht wird er mit einem MCTO belegt. Wie aktuell der Fall.

Was fantasiert ihr da wegen Fintrac am 11.11.2022? Das hat mit dem Halt und den Verjährungsfristen 0 zu tun. Fintrac kann man einfach wieder verlängern.
