Nothing new, but here's some notes: Financial Forecasts and Valuation - $95 to $105mm revenue in Q2 - $600mm in AUM x 8% yield = $50 to $55mm in staking revenue for year at current levels - Substantial amount of cash $50mm - $8mm in BTC treasury - 6% SEBA/Amina stake - initial $30mm investment was made with SEBA when they had $1B in AUM, now they have $3B. (worth 3x? what's carried on balance sheet)? - Can't guarantee $80mm arb trading every quarter - Russel's Math - "90mm in profits x 20pe = $2B market cap" at current levels Other commentary - Proprietary BTC Staking relationship with Core Chain is generating a 12% yield on BTC, 5.85% yield offered to clients - Loan with Genesis - DEFI Took a non IFRIS write down for $18mm on Genesis loan in Q1. Will likely get full recovery so could see a positive $18mm in future quarters.
