Ich hab da so 3-4 Unternehmen am Start von denen ich mir viel erhoffe, Nordic gehört da dazu. 👍

Das Problem ist, das jeder mittlerweile meint, das Kursgewinne über Nacht kommen müssen. Ich kann euch versichern, dem ist nicht so. Am Ende zählt immer der nachhaltige Erfolg eines Unternehmens. 🙄🤔😉

Hier noch Mal auf französisch, Englisch ist nicht so meins .😂😂😂 Nordic Unmanned hat mit der Schiebel Aircraft GmbH einen Rahmendienstleistungsvertrag mit einem geschätzten Wert von bis zu 10 Mio. EUR unterzeichnet. Gegenstand des Vertrags sind Umweltüberwachungs- und Seeüberwachungsdienste durch Einsatz von Land oder Schiffen, die sich auf Rahmenverträge beziehen, die derzeit von Schiebel gehalten werden. Diese Bekanntmachung erfolgt in Übereinstimmung mit der Bekanntmachung von Nordic Unmanned vom 18. Februar 2021 über den Eintritt einer strategischen Partnerschaft mit der Schiebel Aircraft GmbH. Als Ergebnis dieses Vertrages hat Nordic Unmanned auch eine Vereinbarung über den Erwerb eines neuen CAMCOPTER S-100-Systems abgeschlossen, das im dritten Quartal 2021 geliefert werden soll. Dieses System wird das dritte System von Nordic Unmanned sein, was Nordic Unmanned zum größten unabhängigen Betreiber von CAMCOPTER S-100-Systemen in Europa macht. Das neue System wird mit einer Konfiguration geliefert, die die Emissionsüberwachung, auf künstlicher Intelligenz basierende Meeresüberwachung und langfristige Offshore-Logistikmissionen unterstützt. Das System wird mit einer integrierten Präzisionslandefunktion geliefert, die eine automatische Fernlandung auf Offshore-Anlagen, Bohrinseln und Schiffen ermöglicht. Die neue Konfiguration des Systems erweitert unser aktuelles Angebot in und außerhalb Europas und steht im Einklang mit der zuvor kommunizierten Marktstrategie von Nordic Unmanned. die Emissionsüberwachungsfähigkeit des Systems wird von NUAer bereitgestellt, dem Joint Venture zwischen Nordic Unmanned und Aeromon, das am 28. April 2021 auf den Markt gebracht wurde. die Investition in das neue CAMCOPTER S-100 System mit dazugehörigen Sensoren und Ersatzteilen folgt dem zuvor kommunizierten Investitionsplan und wird mit einer Kombination aus Eigenkapital, Bankkredit kombiniert mit einer Exportgarantie von GIEK finanziert. Knut Roar Wiig, CEO von Nordic Unmanned, sagte: Wir freuen uns sehr über diesen neuen Vertrag und unsere verstärkte Partnerschaft mit Schiebel und die erweiterten Fähigkeiten, die Nordic Unmanned bietet. Nordic Unmanned has signed a framework service contract with Schiebel Aircraft GmbH, with an estimated value of up to EUR 10 million. The scope of the contract is for environmental monitoring and maritime surveillance services by deployment from land or vessels, which is related to framework contracts currently held by Schiebel. This notice is made in alignment of Nordic Unmanned’s notice to market on the 18th of February 2021 concerning the entry of a strategic partnership with Schiebel Aircraft GmbH. As a result of this contract, Nordic Unmanned has also entered into an agreement for the acquisition of a new CAMCOPTER S-100 system to be delivered in Q3 2021. This system will be Nordic Unmanned’s 3rd system, making Nordic Unmanned the largest independent operator of CAMCOPTER S-100 systems in Europe. The new system will be delivered with a configuration which supports emission monitoring, artificial intelligence based maritime surveillance and long-range offshore logistic missions. The system is delivered with an integrated precision landing capability, making automatic remote landing on offshore installations, rigs, and vessels possible. The new configuration of the system expands our current offering in and outside Europe and is in alignment with Nordic Unmanned’s previously communicated market strategy. The emission monitoring capability in the system will be provided by NUAer, which is the joint venture under establishment between Nordic Unmanned and Aeromon, as earlier notified to market on the 28th of April 2021. The investment in the new CAMCOPTER S-100 system with related sensors and spare parts, follows the earlier communicated investment plan and is financed with a combination of equity, bank credit facility combined with an export guarantee from GIEK. Knut Roar Wiig, CEO at Nordic Unmanned stated: We are very excited about this new contract and our strengthened partnership with Schiebel and increased capabilities this is providing Nordic Unmanned. This contract is in alignment with our communicated growth plan, and allows for increased fleet utilization and optimalization. As we are now the largest independent operator of long endurance helicopter drones in Europe, it is time to also start sealing deals in other markets. The revenue of the new contract is based upon call-offs from Schiebel and is formally subject to approvals from end client. The activity is expected to commence in Q4 2021, and the contract has a duration of up to 4 years.
