Nordic Unmanned ASA signs agreement to sell CAMCOPTER® assets to Schiebel in a non-cash transaction 29.12.2023 10:59:50 CET | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state Nordic Unmanned’s Flight Services business has come to an agreement with Schiebel Aircraft GmbH to settle outstanding payables in a non-cash transaction where Schiebel buys back one CAMCOPTER® asset (Air Vehicle plus spare-parts). The delivery of the equipment will be executed in Q1 2024. The value of the transaction is EUR 927.000 and will result in a net loss from sale of assets of approximately EUR 700.000. The transaction underpins Nordic Unmanned’s efforts to work with its suppliers as partners, and supports Nordic Unmanned’s ongoing efforts to lighten the balance sheet and optimise the fleet for Flight Services. It remains a key goal to sell inventory unless idle equipment can be contracted and utilized in order to improve return on assets and strengthen the liquidity position. After this transaction, Nordic Unmanned will have a fleet of 3 CAMCOPTER® systems which includes 4 Air Vehicles. Ja ich lieber auch besser Finger weg

Ich lasse Finger weg und habe das Geld abgeschrieben.

Ich lasse das Angebot liegen. Das ist m.E. Geld in den Ofen werfen. Die brauchen neues Kapital, hoffentlich nicht, um nicht pleite zu gehen. Bei Windeln.de (jetzt insolvent) war das auch so. Kapitalerhöhung, Split, Kapitalerhöhung, pleite ... Da müssten Investoren echt besser geschützt werden, zumal es nach Insolvenzverschleppung riecht, aber keine Ahnung wie das rechtlich in Norwegen ist.

Lohnt sich das ?

Was heißt das habe ich auch heute bekommen ?

Alter Schwede, bzw. Norweger, noch ne Kapitalerhöhung 1 zu 1 zu 0,5 Kronen heute vorgeschlagen bekommen. Ähh, kurz überlegen, nein.

Ich glaube eher nicht. Selbst wenn, ists wahrscheinlich auch eher eine Eintagsfliege. Wird nach wie vor spannend bleiben. Was ist zum Beispiel wenn die Aufträge der Bundeswehr abgewickelt sind. Folgen weitere und/oder vergleichbare Aufträge? Evtl sogar auch von anderen Auftraggebern. "Sparkurs" bzw. Ausrichtung von NU scheint ja klar zu sein. Es darf aber gerne ein Push geben...

Denkt ihr das löst hier heute einen push aus?
