Nordic Unmanned ASA announces Q4 2023 results 13.3.2024 07:00:01 CET | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state Q4 2023 Financial report: Significant reduction in losses, all time high flight hours and commencing Lockheed Martin Tiquila deliveries Nordic Unmanned ASA’s Q4 2023 underlying performance compared to earlier periods shows a positive development with substantially reduced losses when adjusted for non-recurring items and impairments with  Q4 2023 revenue of EUR 4.5 million (EUR 4.2 million) with FY 2023 revenue of EUR 19.5 (EUR 17.0 million)  Q4 2023 adjusted EBITDA of negative EUR 0.7 million (negative EUR 2.9 million) with FY 2023 adjusted EBITDA of negative EUR 2.5 million (negative EUR 9.0 million)  Q4 2023 net loss of EUR 3.9 million, adjusted for non-recurring items and impairments of EUR 0.5 million, is reduced by close to 50% compared to Q4 2022. FY 2023 net loss of EUR 17.3 million compared to net loss of EUR 18 million in FY 2022  Flight Services produced 667 flight hours (438 flight hours) in Q4 2023 and 4.097 flight hours in FY 2023 (2.937), a YoY increase of 39.5%  AirRobot started deliveries to Lockheed Martin under the Tiquila project “The underlying performance compared to earlier periods shows a positive development with substantially reduced losses when adjusted for non-recurring items and impairments. Nordic Unmanned ASA signs agreement to sell CAMCOPTER® assets to Schiebel in a non-cash transaction 29.12.2023 10:59:50 CET | Nordic Unmanned | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state Nordic Unmanned’s Flight Services business has come to an agreement with Schiebel Aircraft GmbH to settle outstanding payables in a non-cash transaction where Schiebel buys back one CAMCOPTER® asset (Air Vehicle plus spare-parts). The delivery of the equipment will be executed in Q1 2024. The value of the transaction is EUR 927.000 and will result in a net loss from sale of assets of approximately EUR 700.000. The transaction underpins Nordic Unmanned’s efforts to work with its suppliers as partners, and supports Nordic Unmanned’s ongoing efforts to lighten the balance sheet and optimise the fleet for Flight Services. It remains a key goal to sell inventory unless idle equipment can be contracted and utilized in order to improve return on assets and strengthen the liquidity position. After this transaction, Nordic Unmanned will have a fleet of 3 CAMCOPTER® systems which includes 4 Air Vehicles. Ich lasse Finger weg und habe das Geld abgeschrieben.

Ich lasse das Angebot liegen. Das ist m.E. Geld in den Ofen werfen. Die brauchen neues Kapital, hoffentlich nicht, um nicht pleite zu gehen. Bei Windeln.de (jetzt insolvent) war das auch so. Kapitalerhöhung, Split, Kapitalerhöhung, pleite ... Da müssten Investoren echt besser geschützt werden, zumal es nach Insolvenzverschleppung riecht, aber keine Ahnung wie das rechtlich in Norwegen ist.
