Why JPMorgan downgraded the Orocobre share price The positive sentiment towards all-things lithium can’t be easily turned off even as JPMorgan cut its recommendation on the Orocobre share price to “neutral” from “overweight”. This isn’t to say that the broker has a negative take on the mineral. If anything, it believes supply will quickly tighten as demand for electric vehicles revs up. The issue is the rapid rise of the Orocobre share price, which surged by over 150% in the past year. Hard to cool the lithium fever But perhaps enthusiasm towards the Galaxy Resources Limited (ASX: GXY) share price today is lifting all boats in the lithium bay. The Galaxy share price charged up 9.1% to a near three-year high of $3.26 during lunch time trade. Shares in the spodumene producer is running hot after management issued a positive update this morning. Two drivers for the rocketing Galaxy share price But this may not be the only news boosting the stock. JPMorgan has upgraded its price forecast for spodumene but left its estimates for lithium chemicals unchanged. “We have increased spodumene prices a further 5-10% with reports of recent trades above US$600/t,” said the broker. This is good news for Galaxy but has no impact on the Orocobre share price as the latter produces lithium carbonate from brine from its joint-venture Olaroz lithium project in Argentina.

Die Quarterly Reports werden aber anders bezeichnet. Dein vermeintlicher Q2 war am 27.01 und heisst Dezember 2020 Quarterly Report.

Ah jetzt versteh ich dich. Am 25.02 war 2021 half year Report. Bedeutet aber Report bist Ende Dezember 2020.

Du bist aber weit vorraus. Q2 Report 2021 bevor das Quartal begonnen hat😂

Q2 2021 war am 25.2 , wann Q3 kommt weiß ich nicht, Q4 2021 ist im September

Weiss jemand, wann der Quartalsreport Q1 2021 kommt?

Der Preis wird nicht mehr so stark steigen, das Angebot wächst.

Schau dir mal den Future an...lithium kennt 2021 nur eine Richtung, wie es 2017 auch war. Wir sind mittlerweile bei 50% von damals, jeder dollar mehr bedeutet reines cash für oro bis wir wieder bei margen von 60-70% sind, sofern der li Preis wie damals bei 14k stagnieren sollte

SL würde ich nicht machen, wenn du auf einem deutschen Marktplatz unterwegs bist. Siehst ja immer schön vor Öffnung wie der Kurs in Aus steht.

Eigentlich ist das eben die Wette ob sich das Lithiumangebot schneller entwickelt als die Nachfrage oder nicht.

Ich hab nen Stop Loss bei 3,45 drin. Jetzt wird ausgecasht :)

Sehe da wirklich nichts rennen, Mufasa. Wo siehst du denn die Stärke Preissteigerung wie damals.
