The 4Q should be the last, hopefully, that we guide down. With the new factory up and running, natural gas cost coming down, and H2 coming online Q1 and on should show marked progress. If not, then we have issues and management has not been truthful with us and should be canned. Andy, Paul and the gang have had a few years under their belts now to know what they are doing in my opinion to run a profitable company. Time for excuses is over. While I do not expect a profit this year, I do expect lowered losses and better margins in all areas of their business. I would also like them to be more transparent about who they are working with. Are all the folks that started with us back a few years ago still or board and expanding their businesses with us or did they try us and switch back or to battery powered forklifts or competition? I'd like to be treated as something as other than a pesky shareholder and have them only talking to analyst. We need someone for the shareholders to be part of the board to represent and inform us!
