ASICS ist ein japanisches Unternehmen, und allgemein ist bekannt, dass japanische Firmen großen Wert auf Qualität, Disziplin, Beständigkeit und Teamarbeit legen. Sie setzen eher auf nachhaltige Entwicklung und eine solide, langfristige Finanzierung. Vor diesem Hintergrund halte ich es für unwahrscheinlich, dass ASICS ein Unternehmen wie Puma übernehmen möchte – zumal Puma in einem eher kleinen Ort sitzt, wo jeder jeden kennt und die Unternehmenskultur deutlich anders ist. Wenn ASICS überhaupt Interesse hätte, dann vermutlich nur zu einem deutlichen Discountpreis.

Asics hatte ich eh nicht wirklich auf dem Zettel. Für Li Ning dürfte Puma ein zu großer Brocken sein. Mit 26 Milliarden Euro Marktwert und von der Firmen-Strategie her ist Anta Sports mit Abstand der geeignetste Kauf-Kandidat.

Glaube auch das eine Übernahme kommt, da sich Führungskräfte von Puma vor kurzem mit Aktien eingedeckt haben.
