Hi kann mir jemand sagen wann die Dividende ausgezahlt wird bei realty?

Die Schwankt nur hin und her ich schwöre wenn ich im Plus bin Verkaufe ich diesmal😅

Kann ruhig noch tiefer, ich stehe bereit 😁

Ach ja Dieser verfluchte Record Day ... Aber bei dieser Aktie ist das finde ich schnuppe. Die hält man eh. Kommt auf den EK an. Habe das bei Pennantpark den falschen Zeitpunkt erwischt, aber hier: Daumen hoch, dick im Plus. Schade, dass es so wenige dividenstarke Artikel auf dem deutschen Markt gibt. Zumindest welche, die monatloch ausshütten sind mir nicht bekannt ...

Wie hoch ist den die Monatliche Dividende?

Die könnte auch mal aus ihrer Unterbewertung ausbrechen

Oder man kassiert die Dividende und reinvestiert diese bei Erhalt. Kommt so ziemlich auf das gleiche hinaus... Eine Aktie zu verkaufen, die man eigentlich halten will nur um Dividenenschwankungen auszunutzen kann schnell nach hinten los gehen. Manchmal merkt man den Divi Abschlag nicht mal so schnell erholt sich das und man zahlt am Ende vll sogar drauf

Ein Tag vor dem Ex-Day sind genau die 2 Tage vor dem Record-Day ;-)

Könnte man ja sonst auch ausnutzen in dem man immer 1 tag vor dem ex day verkauft und dann morgen am tag des ex day mit ex dividende zurückkauft..

Es ist ganz simpel: einen tag vor dem ex day muss die aktie im depot bereits sein und gehalten werden. Am ex day erfolgt dann der dividenden abschlag im kurs.

Da ich aber noch nie bewusst kurz vor dem oder am Record Date gekauft habe kann ich es nicht aus eigener Erfahrung bestätigen.

Das mit der Bearbeitungszeit halte ich für totalen humbug. Entweder man hat die aktie am ex day im depot oder eben nicht.
