Allerdings haben viele Opaganib abgeschrieben - aber warum eigentlich? Der erste geforderte Schritt ist getan und die Daten eingereicht. Nach der Antwort von der FDA wissen wir mehr. Die Schritte hierzu waren von Anfang an klar. An meinem Investment-Grund hat sich nichts geändert. Lediglich die Euphorie des Marktes ist verblasst. Jedem der sich die Frage stellt ob halten / nachkaufen / verkaufen empfehle ich die Schritte & Notwendigkeit der Zulassung

Seh ich genauso quovadis - das übernehmen eines einzelnen Medis macht keinen Sinn, wenn man den ganzen Laden übernehmen möchte. Was bei uns an Info ankommt ist natürlich auch nur ein Bruchteil und die Strategie von Cosmo wird wahrscheinlich nicht mal Redhill kennen. Allerdings kennt Cosmo die Infos von Redhill und kann wesentlich besser abschätzen was sinn macht. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen (allerdings nicht untermauert) dass das Offering zur Erhöhung der gesamtaktienzahl als verteidigung gegen eine Übernahme dient. Das wäre dann allerdings nur ein Spiel um Zeit und vllt Geld.

Bei dem Shorthandel von Do/Fr wäre ich über einen weiteren Rücksetzer trotz des Kursniveaus nicht überrascht.

Was machen wir denn Heute? 10,15 oder doch Mal 40 Prozent Miese? Bin gespannt....und habe mir ehrlich gesagt die Kohle abgeschminkt....das wird nichts mehr!

@WolfofBanune kann ich Dir nur widerspruchslos zustimmen. Bin überzeugt, dass Cosmo die Option Okt. 22 zieht od. möchte mittels einer Sondervereinbarung (evtl. Sonderzahlung) die Aemcolo Rechte zurückholen. Meine Frage ist schlicht und einfach - planen die tatsächlich Redhill zu übernehmen ? Warum dann Aemcolo sozusagen herauskaufen od. die Option ziehen. Bei einer Übernahme wäre das doch hinfällig - od. bin ich jetzt komplett auf dem Holzweg ?

weiter unten steht dann folgendes: Cosmo has recently expressed an interest in regaining its rights to Aemcolo® from us prior to October 2022 and may, therefore, elect to terminate the License Agreement under the terms of the License Agreement, or we may mutually elect to terminate the License Agreement sooner. Subject to and following amendment or termination of the License Agreement, we would no longer be able to commercialize Aemcolo® and may never recover the costs we incurred during the term of the License Agreement. Any alternative collaboration or license, if any, could be on less favorable terms to us.

Aemcolo steht dies dort: Aemcolo®, containing 194 mg of rifamycin, is an orally administered, minimally absorbed antibiotic that is delivered to the colon, approved by the FDA in 2018 for the treatment of travelers’ diarrhea caused by non-invasive strains of E. coli in adults (“Travelers’ Diarrhea”). In October 2019, we entered into a license agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cosmo Pharmaceuticals N.V. (“Cosmo”) pursuant to which we were granted exclusive rights to commercialize Aemcolo® in the U.S. In December 2019, we launched the commercialization of Aemcolo® in the U.S. In October 2017, the FDA granted QIDP and Fast Track designations for Aemcolo®. Together with new chemical entity (NCE) designation, Aemcolo® enjoys marketing exclusivity until 2028. Due to the significant decrease in travel as a result of the pandemic, the travelers’ diarrhea market has been significantly impacted, and we have not generated meaningful revenues from the sale of Aemcolo®. We do not expect Aemcolo® to generate meaningful revenues until U.S. international travel returns to pre-COVID-19 pandemic levels, if at all, and there can be no assurance that we will generate meaningful revenues upon return of U.S. international travel to pre-pandemic levels. Cosmo has contacted the Company to request we return the U.S. rights to Aemcolo® and we plan to hold discussions on the matter. Of note, under the 2019 Aemcolo® license agreement, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally in October 2022, subject to certain conditions.

Ich meine in der letzten KE Ankündigung gelesen zu haben, dass Cosmo sas Recht hat 2022 auszusteigen. Ich schau nochmal, ob ich den Passus finde

@Quovadis was auf Stocktwits abgeht ist die reinste Muppetshow. Manch einer scheint recht wenig Erziehung genossen zu haben. Aber hier und da ist was verwertbares an Infos dabei.
