Share price Reacting to the inquiries of many shareholders, I would like to emphasize at this point that we are not aware of any negative developments that justify the decline in our share price over the past two weeks. On the contrary, the partnership with Mercedes-Benz, which we will gradually expand, as well as the progress made in permitting and the imminent start of construction of the converter in Guben should normally justify a significant upturn in the share price. In the recent capital increase, in addition to the support of existing shareholders, we also brought various new investors on board to broaden the investor structure and, in the medium term, also to increase stock market trading volumes to make Rock Tech shares more attractive for major global investment funds. Since the capital increase, the volatility in the stock has increased, but also the trading volumes have multiplied, which brings us closer to our goal! I am very confident that the further steps towards production and the successful implementation of our strategy will have a positive effect on our share price.

We have made important and large steps towards our goal of bringing our lithium property in Ontario/Canada and the converter in Brandenburg/Germany into production, as well as financing both projects. We entered into agreements for the supply of raw material to our converter as well as the sale of the refined lithium hydroxide to highly reputable customers. I would like to take this opportunity to give a brief update on the core activities. DIRK HARBECKE Chairman of the Board Supply agreement with Mercedes-Benz We announced our first German automotive partner on August 23 during the visit of a German business delegation led by Chancellor Olaf Scholz to Canada: Mercedes-Benz. We will enter into a strategic partnership with the high-end premium car manufacturer to supply Mercedes' battery providers with high-purity lithium hydroxide. The goal is to supply up to 10,000 metric tons per year of our planned production of 24,000 metric tons in Guben by 2026. Mercedes-Benz aims to become fully electric by the end of the decade. We support Mercedes in its all-electric and climate-neutral strategy. Already in July Rock Tech won thyssenkrupp Materials Trading as a possible supplier of spodumene as well as a customer for lithium hydroxide. READ THE ARTICLES Successful capital increase carried out We recently successfully completed a capital increase of just over CAD-$40 million. As in all previous capital increases, the existing shareholders again subscribed to a significant part of the placement themselves. This raised capital is one of the building blocks of the financing of our mine in Canada and the first converter in Germany. Other building blocks are subsidies, project financing from banks such as KfW and private bond funds - and direct investments by partners in the converter in Guben and in our lithium project in Georgia Lake. These partners are explicitly not financial investors, but strategic investors such as customers or suppliers. READ THE ARTICLE First partial approval of the converter imminent The State Environmental Agency (“Landesumweltamt”) has decided that our first partial permit for the construction and operation of the converter will move to next and final approval step, the public consultation. This step will be finished by September and partial permits are expected for October 2022. The first partial permit covers the earthworks and the preparatory measures for the construction of the production facilities and the erection of the administration, combination, laboratory and workshop buildings. At the same time, we have applied for an early start to construction with the aim that the kick-off for construction can take place in a few weeks. The site has already been handed over to us by the city of Guben fully prepared for the upcoming construction works. Market Environment The latest quarterly results of SQM and Albemarle are highly interesting: The two largest lithium producers in the world have not only increased their production significantly - revenues and profits have even jumped by much more than the mined volumes. This means that both SQM and Albemarle have been able to push through much higher contract prices. We observe the same with other lithium players such as Allkem and Pilbara. The prices for the real lithium deliveries are therefore getting closer and closer to the lithium spot market prices, which are still at record levels. These once again significantly improved market conditions are in my view not reflected in Rock Tech's share price.

Egal was man hier schreibt, keiner von uns kann durch seine Aussagen den Kurs verändern.

Alles Stuss...nichts drauf geben...halte dich an Daten und Fakten...damit fährste besser als mit präapokalyptischen Weltuntergangsverschwörungen
