Ich frage mich manchmal, wie long hier einige sind? Long ist ja schön und gut. Aber trotzdem möchte man doch auch Ergebnisse sehen. Sonst ist man long rot. Was bringt es denn long in nichts investiert zu haben?

Ich möchte noch einmal auf die Aussagen des letzten Newsletters hinweisen, der vor 5 ½ Wochen, konkret am 06.02.2024, verschickt wurd. Zitate daraus. Thema Subventionen: “As announced in our last newsletter, we applied for additional subsidies last year. The funds will be provided under the European TCTF (Temporary Crisis Transition Fund) and distributed by the German government. Initial feedback from the authorities is expected in the next weeks.” Thema Genehmigung Guben-Konverter: “We are now working through the last pieces of documentation with the authorities and expect to receive official confirmation of the permit in the coming weeks.” Thema SC6-Liefervertrag: “We are progressing on further raw material deals to feed the Guben converter. Low prices have started to turn the market and we expect to close an important transaction in Q1.” Thema Konverter-Standort in Kanada: “A definitive location selection is expected in the next few weeks.” Bisher gab es nur beim Konverter-Standort in Kanada eine entsprechende Veröffentlichung. Aber auch hier muss man Einschränkungen machen. Denn geschlossen wurde nur ein Cooperation Agreement, das die angestrebten Pläne und Ziele enthält. Die müssen aber noch verhandelt werden. Zitat aus der per Mail verschickten News: “The Agreement bindingly confirms the parties’ plans to enter into a long-term lease contract for the location of Ontario’s first Lithium Converter. … BMI further commits to invest CAD 5.5mn into the Project as part of the Agreement. … The exact terms and conditions of the lease and investment agreements will be negotiated in the coming weeks and amongst others are subject to the outcome of usual due diligence.” Werden wir noch erleben, dass Rock Tech auch einmal einen verbindlichen Vertrag im angekündigten Zeitraum hinbekommt?
