So langsam wirken Deine Kommentare echt verzweifelt. Q3 beginnt in 4 Wochen und dass man diese Zeit mindestens braucht um Subventionsverhandlung, Finanzierung und Partnerschaften abzuschließen dürfte hier ( außer Dir) jedem klar sein. Ich hab genau auf diesen Kommentar schon seit Stunden gewartet.
Sind dann wohl noch einige Monate, bis die Finanzierung in trockenen Tüchern ist, oder auch nicht. Zitat aus dem verlinkten Artikel.
