The Reorganization Plan includes, inter alia, a description of the
Company's debt settlement proposal and proposed resolutions on the Company's (i)
issuance of new unlisted shares to the new investors (Castlelake, L.P., on
behalf of certain funds or affiliates, Air France-KLM S.A., and Lind Invest ApS,
together with the Danish state), as well as certain general unsecured creditors
that will receive new shares as a recovery on account of their claims, (ii)
redemption and cancellation of all of the Company's existing common shares,
without consideration to the shareholders, (iii) bonus issue without the
issuance of shares, and (iv) required changes to the Company's articles of
association.

Ja leider...ich bin beim letzten Anstieg mit -80% raus. Ist halt immer blöd wenn so ein Schritt mit der Reorganisation und Chapter 11 direkt verbunden ist. Dann gibt's eigentlich kein zurück mehr. Schade, weil wie du schon gesagt hast, die Zahlen sehen eigentlich nicht schlecht aus und ich denke auch, die hätten es geschafft. Hoffe für euch nochmal auf einen kurzen Anstieg und dann sollte jeder gut überlegen was er macht... Deadline für Delisting war Ende Q2
Damn… hatte ich so nicht mehr aufm Schirm … also beim nächsten Anstieg mit maximal wenig Verlust raus .. Schade

Es geht hier eigentlich nicht um die Insolvenz, sondern um das Ende der AG, also das Delisting und das alle "normalen" Shareholder nix bekommen. Das die nicht pleite gehen, war mit Beginn von Chapter 11 schon klar. Konnte nach Corona ja nur besser werden. Und ich glaube der Plan steht weiterhin fest...les Mal den Q2 Bericht Seite 9, letzte Zeile..."in an unlisted environment" falls ich mich irre, bitte Bescheid geben, dann steig ich sofort wieder ein...

On May 21, SAS and Apollo signed a new 3-year agreement worth SEK 4.5 billion, meaning that SAS remains Apollo’s major charter operations partner in Scandinavia from the summer of 2025 through the summer of 2027.

SIGNIFICANT EVENTS DURING THE QUARTER
On February 5, SAS filed a second amended Chapter 11 Plan and a related disclosure statement with the US court.
On March 19, the US Court approved SAS’ Chapter 11 plan.
On March 27, the listed parent company of the SAS Group, SAS AB, applied for company reorganization (Sw. företagsrekonstruktion) in Sweden. SAS’ operations and flight schedule will not be affected and SAS will continue to serve its customers in the ordinary course throughout this process.
On April 29, SAS and SkyTeam signed an Alliance Adherence Agreement concluding that SAS will join SkyTeam on September 1, 2024.
