ISSUER VOW ASA Oslo, 19 December 2024: The Board of Directors of Vow ASA (OSE ticker: VOW) has initiated the search for a new CEO. Current CEO Henrik Badin will continue in his role until February 2025 and remain available to the company until the end of June 2025 to ensure a smooth transition. Following a comprehensive financial restructuring, the Board has determined that now is the right time to bring in new leadership to steer the company into its next phase of growth. The search for a new CEO will commence immediately. "Vow is a market leader in delivering environmental technology to the cruise industry. Wirbel. Das ist schon der Hammer. Zuerst konnte keiner seine KE Rechte handeln. Jetzt geht’s uns mit den Aktien genauso die Norweger haben heute mal schön Vorrang ihre Aktien zu verkaufen und bei uns sind sie noch nicht mal eingebucht im Depot. Und schon wieder werden wir verarscht👍

Tja Wirbel, bald unter 10 Cent. Die Meldung mit dem Auftrag haben die doch sowieso nur rausgegeben, damit sie ihre restlichen Aktien der KE unterbringen können. Du kennst meine Meinung, solange Badin am Ruder ist, kann es nur in den Keller gehen.

Hat jemand schon die Aktien gutgeschrieben bekommen?

Zinnsoldat.. ich bin schon Jahre hier und beleidige niemanden. Aber ich sag auch meine Meinung und die nicht seit gestern, solange Badin an Bord ist, ist das Anleger Vertrauen hinüber. Die haben uns jahrelang versprochen, versprochen und noch mal versprochen das war alles nur Blabla.
