Und das war erst Q3! Denn erst im letzten Monat des Quartals(September), hat der Goldpreis so richtig angezogen und mit ihm auch die anderen Edelmetalle!

Ist aber auch wirklich verdächtig, Edelmetallkurse steigen, Zahlen waren wirklich gut und werden in Q4 noch besser ausfallen, aber der Kurs fällt trotzdem... Und das obwohl noch jederzeit damit zu Rechnen ist, dass die Wiedereinführung der Dividende bekanntgegeben wird... Naja, schönes Wochenende euch allen!

Ich habe eine Mail an Sibanye geschrieben und gefragt, ob und wann es Dividende geben wird, ob man neue Goldminen erschließen möchte, um die älteren, tieferen und teuren Goldminen zu ersetzen, oder ob sie der Ansicht sind, dass die Burnstone Mine/Feld die anvisierten Mengen an Gold erbringen wird und wann diese auf 100% laufen wird. Zur Dividende: ,,The Group dividend policy has not changed since listing in 2013. In terms of the dividend policy, the Board will generally declare a dividend of between 25-35% of normalised earnings on a 6 monthly basis.   Although Group hasn’t been able to pay dividends since H1 2023, this is not because dividends were suspended or the Board chose not to declare dividends. The dividend policy continued to apply but following the collapse in PGM prices in H1 2023 and an extended period of generally low metal prices other than gold the Group has not been profitable and reported Normalised losses since H1 2023. The Group did record a return to positive normalised earning again in H1 2025, but it was relatively small and the Board decided to rather defer the dividend decision to the end of 2025. The Board of Directors will therefore consider a dividend based on full year Normalised earnings for 2025, which, considering the strong and improving financial performance to date for 2025, seems positive.   The FY2025 results will follow a Board meeting in February 2026, and will contain details on any dividends."

Ist nur die Voranhörung, hatte schon e mail Verkehr deswegen mit Sibanye.

jetzt im November ist die Verhandlung über die Höhe des Schadensersatzes, die Sibanye an Appian zahlen muss. Dem Grunde nach wurde Sibanye letztes Jahr November verurteilt. Appian hat Sibanye auf 1,2 Mio. USD verklagt. Es geht also (nur noch) darum, wieviel man wird zahlen müssen. Schätzungen schwanken zwischen 0 (unrealistisch) und ca. 500 Mio. USD. Die Klage geht meiner Erinnerung nach auf über 1 Mrd. USD. Ich denke, davor hat der Markt Respekt. Ich auch.

Die Einstellung teile ich. Seit Monaten macht Sibanye mutmaßliche große, sehr große Gewinne. Und die Aktie macht einen riesen Satz nach unten, wenn die Rohstoffpreise minimal sinken. Dabei hat Sibanye bereits bei einem Goldpreis von 3000$ große Gewinne gemacht.
