2126$ ist natürlich schon arg teuer... Naja, sie sagten ja, sie wollen den Preis über Co2 Abgabeneinsparungen drücken, das wäre dann auch dringend notwendig.

Die Ergebnisse der nächsten Quartale geben hoffentlich Klarheit, auch mit dem laufenden Verfahren. Trotzdem hätte ich gedacht das bei einem solch massiven Anstieg des Goldpreises sich der Aktienkurs von Sibanye besser entwickelt hätte.

Wäre natürlich ganz schön, wenn der Preis für Lithium sich auch mal wieder ordentlich erholen würde...

Bei 3000$ müsste Sibanye ~1650$ pro Unze Gewinn machen. Sie hatten mal die Gesamtkosten pro geförderter Unze Gold über alle Minen kummuliert mit 1343$ angegeben, das galt zumindest für das 2024. Zumal der Kurs selbst auch immer noch unter der größtenteils abgeschlossenen Umstrukturierung leidet. Ich sehe bei den momentanen Gold und PGM Preisen keinen Grund, warum der Kurs nicht das ath um 4€ anlaufen sollte. Klar, Palladium schwächelt immer noch, aber auch das kann sich bei einer weiteren Erholung nur positiv auf den Kurs auswirken.

Eigentlich sollte ja ein Goldschürfer eine Hebelfunktion auf den Goldpreis haben. Während bei einem Preis von 3000$ Sibanye bereits 1000$ Gewinn macht, macht es bei einem Preis von 4000$ schon 2000$ Gewinn, also 100% mehr wie davor, während der Preis sich nur um 33% bewegt hat.

Gold hält sich überraschend gut nach dem starken Tag gestern. Leider ist hier das Minus mal wieder übertrieben... Egal, selbst auf kurze Sicht, wird der Kurs Richtung 3€ gehen, denn die Zahlen für Q4 werden die von Q3 auf jeden Fall nochmal ordentlich übertreffen.
