Erstmal abwarten, obwohl es schon eine gute Gelegenheit ist, aber die Energiepreise drücken schon stark auf die Minenbetreiber. Obwohl ich da bei Sibanye aufgrund der Wind- und Solarparks sogar noch einen Vorteil sehe.

Am 23.03 ist Payday für Dividende

Ist ja ziemlich stark wieder zurückgekommen. Jetzt evtl. nachlegen oder erstmal beobachten?

Gestern war Ex Tag für Dividende, da können die Edelmetallpreise noch so steigen, heute wohl eher kein Grün in Sicht...

Board committee changes and retirement policy update Johannesburg, 12 March 2026: Sibanye-Stillwater (Tickers JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) advises shareholders of the following governance developments approved by the Board: Board committee structure and change to five Board committees Following the annual review of governance effectiveness and in line with the simplification drive across the Group, the Board has approved changes to its committee structures, effective from the close of the 2026 Annual General Meeting scheduled for 28 May 2026 (the AGM). The Board advises that it will operate five Board committees, namely: Audit and Risk Committee (newly combined) Remuneration Committee Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee Safety and Health Committee Nominating and Governance Committee As part of this review, the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee have been combined into a single Audit and Risk Committee, to enhance integrated oversight of financial, operational and strategic risks. The Board has further resolved to dissolve the Investment Committee, effective from the close of the AGM. Matters previously delegated to the Investment Committee will be considered directly by the Board, including material investment or divestment decisions. Board committee chairperson changes All committee chairpersons remain unchanged except for the Remuneration Committee, where: Mr Timothy Cumming will retire from the Board and will not stand for re-election at the AGM; and Mr Keith Rayner has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, effective at the close of the AGM. Mr Terence Nombembe who is the chairperson of the Audit Committee will chair the combined Audit and Risk Committee. All members of the combined Audit and Risk Committee are confirmed as independent non-executive directors. Update to director retirement policy The Board has removed the non-executive director age-based retirement limit from its governance framework. All directors will be subject to an annual fit, proper and capability assessments, consistent with good corporate governance and the JSE Listings Requirements. More detailed information regarding Board composition, committee membership and governance enhancements will be included in the 2025 Integrated Report. This announcement is made in terms of Section 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Sibanye soll mal schnell die Dividende überweisen, jetzt gerade würde es sich anbieten...😅

Langsam wird es wild...

Meinte damit auch nicht die offiziellen Insider die im Unternehmen arbeiten, sondern Menschen mit mehr Informationen (aus legalen oder illegalen Quellen). Aber ist alles Spekulation. Wir sehen ja schon länger das Sibanye sich nicht immer ganz so entwickelt wie dies aus den Rohstoffpreisen absehbar wäre. Das muss nicht bedenklich sein.

Dass Insider aufgrund schlechter Firmeninterna hier verkaufen, halte ich für sehr unwahrscheinlich, zumal das auch mitteilungspflichtig ist und da ist bisher nichts vermeldet worden.

Ausverkauft würde ich jetzt auch nicht unbedingt sagen, man muss schließlich auch sehen, wo die Aktie noch letztes Jahr stand, aber die Edelmetallpreise sind immer noch auf einem hohen Niveau, von daher fällt der Kursverlust schon etwas arg aus. Aber das wird sich hoffentlich schnell wieder einpendeln. Zumal Sibanye gut positioniert ist.

Joa, von mir aus ist es auch ein Rücksetzer. Hoffe nur das es eine Marktüberreaktion ist und nicht irgendwelche Insider die mehr wissen wie wir.

Angemessen finde ich den Kurs derzeit auch nicht wirklich. Aber 'Ausverkauf'? Wäre dem so, würde meine Kauforder (noch deutlich tiefer) schon gegriffen haben.😉

Der Ausverkauf der Aktie kommt mir relativ stark vor, die Preise für Platin, Palladium und Gold sehen auf 3 Monats Sicht immer noch sehr positiv aus.
