Ich würd sagen hier gibt es jetzt wieder eine gute Reboundmöglichkeit, auch wenn ich die Mittel zum Aufstocken woanders reingesteckt habe…

Harbour Energy Investor Relations hat mich eben angeschrieben und die haben sich doch tatsächlich zusammen gesetzt und mein Dokument "Why I invest in Harbour Energy" teilweise korrigiert und ergänzt. Teil 2: In my opinion the share price is indeed low: considering its peers, a price/free-cash-flow-ratio of about 5 is the current normal market rating for a company the size of HBR. Even considering that a P/FCF of 5 is still very cheap and that normal P/FCF of 10 to 12 are the long term „normal“ for profitable commodity companies, the share price of HBR will have to double from here only to catch up with its peers. Regardless the fact that I consider the oil&gas sector being undervalued by 50% for most european producers (excluding some US producers who already gained substantially and also excluding oil majors, divesting from oil into renewables as their new ESG business model is less and less comparable). Therefore I suppose that Harbour Energy (HBR) has an upside potential of 100% over the next months. Banks might still have shares to sell in the next weeks, but this will end, as mentioned. I also do not believe in the old shareholders, no restricted from selling, to sell their shares as they know the cheap valuation and as one of the major old shareholders, the founder of Chrysaor, has recently bought more shares. HBR is hedged on 2021 and 2022 on a large quantity, which will result in future good profits, but limits the short-term upside in profits due to the rising oil and gas prices. I do think though that over the next 2 years oil companies will re-adapt to their long-term P/FCF multiple of 10, meaning HBR has the potential to 4fold its share price if current oil and gas prices stay where they are. As I personally think, both prices are going to rise even further, I see a good potential of around 20 GBP/share in the next 3 years. The company announced that they will start paying a dividend, probably starting with the first full year results next spring. The company for me therefore is still a good buy as banks still selling their 18% of shares constitute a „forced seller“, selling lots of shares for an undervalued price as banks are not natural investors and want to get their credit back the company being a „black box“ for most algorithms, automated stock scanners and funds, as financial numbers still haven’t been published. the company until recently was not included in any major index (this has changed this week) the company is being lead by „oil people“ = management and board are from the oil industry and are experienced. the business rational: buying assets from oil majors like Shell and BP for bargain prices as these companies want to get away from oil and gas creates an excellent cash flow. Management can be quoted as being excited about the cash generation by the company. Currently the company is still mostly unknown outside Great Britain. It is a „hidden diamond“.
