Financing risk If the Tranche 2 Placement and Priority Offer are not fully subscribed (or, are not subscribed to at least 90%), the Company will need to undertake a further capital raising or seek alternative financing in order to undertake its intended business plan for the launch of the first batch of operational satellites by early 2020 without further delays. If the Company is not successful in raising additional capital raising or securing alternative financing, the Company will not be able to execute its intended business plan within the current proposed timeframes. Currently, the Company incurs costs of approximately $500,000 per month. As noted in section 8 above, the Company currently has sufficient capital to fund its ongoing operations for approximately 2 months. The Company will need to raise $7,200,000 under the Tranche 2 Placement and Priority Offer (or via an additional capital raising or financing arrangement) in order for the financial viability of the Company to continue without further delays

Die Emotionen zeigen dir das du lebst. Stell dir mal vor du wärst emotionlos.. was für ein Leben wäre das? Und zu SAS muss ich sagen, dass ich im Sommer 2017 verkauft hab. Damals schon war ich von der Performance der Geschäftsführung nicht überzeugt.

Klar @dmc. Ich ärger mich ja auch. Aber bei manchen scheint doch ein wenig zu viel Emotion im Spiel zu sein :)

Das stimmt @fkrausc, dass Problem ist aber, dass der Mensch ein emotionales Wesen ist. 😉

Emotionen sind an der Börse kein guter Ratgeber. Wem die Risiken nicht bekannt sind, sollte Monopoly spielen.

Du kannst das ganze Management rauswerfen. Alles ***! Wir sollten eher Schritte zu einer sammelklage einleiten. Ist es „legal“ Geld bei 2 oder 3 ke einzusammeln und nicht dafür auszugeben?

Gomspace ist aber auch ein kleiner Fisch....

Vielleicht steige ich auf Gomspace um. Beim Goldrush haben ja auch die Hacken- und Jeans-Verkäufer profitiert ;)
