A few quick answers regarding the spin off by Plan of Arrangement of ZeU $zeu by St-Georges $SX.
When all conditions imposed for the Arrangement by the Qc Superior Court Juge were met earlier this week (last one being the CSE bulletin on Dec 24th) instructions were sent.... /1

Da Zeu einen unglaublichen Wert in Zukunft haben wird wird langfristig SX auch mit steigen. Es kommen viele News bei SX und Zeu! Wenn es konkret wird mit der Pilot plant und die Lithium Technologie vermarktet werden kann, sind wir Ruck zuck im Dollar Bereich! Die Mining Projekte werden ab jetzt durch die PP ‚s mächtig vorangetrieben. Ich sehe SX für 2020 bei 40-50 Euro Cents

Mr. SI und seine Firma Idk haben Ende 2017 / Anfang 2018 auch bei GCAC investiert. Trieben den Kurs bis auf knapp 1$ hoch und er verkaufte dann alle seine Anteile - vor Ende der Haltefrist - über den „offenen Handel“. Kurs rauschte dann massiv ab. Daher kommt meine Skeptis mehr nicht 😉
