Gerade haben wieder paar deutsche gekauft..

Es gibt (Sedar) angeblich eine Vereinbarung mit Tiande, deren Blockchain-Technik zu nutzen gegen 8% Royalties aus den dann daraus gezogenen Umsätzen. ZEU ist eine Tochterfirma von SX, die (angeblich) immer noch an die Börse gebracht werden soll. Es werden 20.000.000 Shares ausgegeben, wovon rund 12.5 Mio an SX-Shareholder gehen (1:8), während rund 8 Mio. Shares im Besitz von SX bleiben. Grundsätzlich hat die ZEU-Auslagerung nichts mit Tiande zu tun. (CSE: SX)(OTC: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1) is pleased to announce that it has recently obtained the final order of the Superior Court of Quebec approving the Arrangement with ZeU Crypto Networks Corp. (“ZeU”), and that is has filed to obtain conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange”) to list ZeU Crypto Networks Corp. (“ZeU”), the last required condition to complete the distribution of ZeU shares to St-Georges shareholders.
