Es muss zwar noch abgenickt werden bei der HV, aber ich denke das wird sicherlich passieren. Schade, hatte mir was anderes erhofft nach der genehmigten Verlängerung für die Erfüllung der Nasdaq-Compliance, aber der Kurs ist ja nicht mal ansatzweise auch nur in die Nähe der 1$ gekommen. Ganz im Gegenteil. Und was die Anleger vom Reverse Split halten, hat man am Kurs heute deutlich ablesen können. Naja, sie können ihn ja immer noch ablehnen, aber dann fliegen wir von der Nasdaq. Was wäre besser ? Einen Tod werden wir so oder so sterben müssen. Sind grade keine einfachen Zeiten 😤

Also kommt man um den (für mich befürchteten) Reverse Split nicht drum rum, weil man an der 1$-Hürde leider haushoch gescheitert ist 😤 Mein Minus ist sowieso schon groß, hoffe dass Sundial zu den rühmlichen Ausnahmen gehört, wo es nach einem Reverse Split nicht noch weiter runter knallt. Aber von meinem Ziel 3 Euro (nach dem Reverse Split entsprechend dann wohl 30 Euro oder gar 75 Euro, je nach Split-Verhältnis) kann ich mich getrost verabschieden 😩 Puuh, das sind für mich niederschmetternde News, das muss ich erstmal verdauen.
