Teleperformance has reported a 14.4% decline in net income attributable to the group in H1 2025, to €249m. Diluted EPS amounted to €4.19, compared with €4.83 a year earlier. Net free cash flow fell sharply to €259m, compared with €448m in H1 2024, due to higher taxes and increased investments, particularly in AI. Revenue rose 1.5% on a comparable basis to €5,116m, supported by an acceleration in core services (+3.5% in Q2). Specialized services declined by 7%, impacted by the non-renewal of a visa management contract. Current EBITA reached €697m, down 0.9%, representing a margin of 13.6%. At constant exchange rates, the margin remained stable at 13.9%. The positive effects of the ramp-up of ZP and the synergy plan were not enough to offset the unfavorable exchange rate environment. Daniel Julien, Chief Executive Officer, expressed confidence in the group's ability to create competitive advantage through its 'Future Forward' strategy and the growing integration of artificial intelligence. In this context, Teleperformance is adjusting its 2025 targets: organic growth is now expected to be at the lower end of the initial range of +2% to +4% (compared with a previous range of +2% to +5%), the current EBITA margin is expected to be between 15.0% and 15.1% at constant exchange rates (compared with approximately 15.2% previously), and net cash flow generation is confirmed at around €1bn excluding non-recurring items.
