Of the 1.1 billion profits $700 million were from regulatory credits and Bitcoin, car sales 400 million only compared to GM that made 3 billion profits from car sales. GM made 7.5 times more profits than Tesla from car sales and not only they didn't collect money selling credits they had to buy credits. GM has a market cap 20 times less than Tesla. Makes no sense
Das hier ganz ganz wichtig in Hinblick auf Q3. Denn die CO2 Zertifikate werden als Einnahmequelle wegbrechen.
Wenn Leute schreiben "Tesla ist soviel mehr", meinen sie nicht Robotik, KI etc, sondern dass Teslas Geschäftsmodell das eines Zertifikatehändlers ist.
Aber dem hat Trump nun den Riegel vorgeschoben.

Dank einer neuen Regelung des Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) dürfen Firmen Kryptowährungen seit Q1 2025 zum Marktwert statt zum niedrigsten Kurs bewerten, wodurch diese Gewinne ausgewiesen werden konnten.
Ohne dieser neueren Regelung wären die Ergebnisse noch schlechter ausgefallen. Die Wertschöpfung der Aktie ist eine Katastrophe.
Das Risiko für Tesla ist meiner Einschätzung nach noch höher als bisher, global zeichnet sich eine EV Blase ab wenn dann noch ein Krypto Rücksetzter dazukommt wars das.

It's going to be hard for TSLA to keep funding all of their side projects when their core business produces negative cash flow. That means no more money for Optimus, FSD, AI.
