What the fuck; wir werden weiter abgezogen: Directors’ fees (1) im Q2-24 von 1,319,117 Can-Dollar (Vorjahreszeitraum 98,991 Can-Dollar) mit folgender Fußnotenerläuterung (1) Directors' fees represent fees and/or consulting payments paid to 8 current or former directors during the three [...] months ending June 30, 2024 (2023 - 5 directors). Ohne dass die Mehranzahl an Direktoren irgendeine erkennbare Kursverbesserung dem Shareholder eingebracht hat, kassieren sie schon mal für den kurzen Zeitraum fürstlich ab! Ich verfasse es nicht. Diesen unnützen Mehraufwand musste die Company zusätzlich zu den Kosten des Rechtsstreits mit Mogo/KAOS von knapp 5 !!!! Mio. Can.-Dollar schutteln. Kein Wunder, dass der Kapitalmarkt diese Aktie links liegen lässt...Wer entschädigt mich?
