Die Behörden werden sicher nichts gegen die Übernahme haben. Wenn scheitert es am Veto der Aktionäre.

Sollte einer nicht Wissen wie er sein Veto einlegt fragt eure Bank oder Broker

Sollte der Verkauf tatsächlich scheitern, wird sich rasch zeigen, worin der wahre Wert liegt – sei es im Management oder bei Wonderfi.

Desweiteren wird RH sich schon rechtlich abgesichert haben denke ich

Haben die Behörden sich denn schonmal geäußert? Ich meine gäbe es Bedenken, hätte man das doch sicher schonmal publik gemacht und wartet damit nicht bis zum letzten Moment oder?
