Was heißt für dich langfristig? Ich denke Ende 2023 stehen circa 2 € höher. Mit Glück und den aktuellen Strompreisen kann das Wachstum ohne neue KE gestemmt werden und je größer man wird, könnte man zu einem noch attraktiveren Übernahmekandidaten werden bzw. eine höhere Bewertung zugestanden bekommen

Wo seht ihr den Kurs langfristig?

Ich werde noch etwas nachlaufen, steigt ja über einen längeren Zeitraum kontinuierlich an. Setze Limit auf 4,60.

It's option expiration (June series) day almost everywhere. No wonder that markets are now very volatile with so many puts "in the money"...

Bought again today... gas price up 24% because of Russian (Gazprom) delivery boycot. So... Germany will be again under pressure to increase green energy further more. By the way, Nord Stream 1 pipeline capacity is down to 40%...

During the weekend on the website simplywall.st: analysts consensus share price target raised to 5,57€ per share... Reasons: high energy prices, portfolio expansion and the accelerating switch from fossile energy to renewable energy (solar, wind...), especially in Germany

Today in the USA: "U.S. President Joe Biden plans to take steps to bolster the U.S. solar industry in a bid to accelerate clean energy projects halted by trade disputes. Biden hopes to help combat climate change through the new plan. The move comes after Biden’s administration representatives held extended talks over potential steps to bolster clean energy projects that have been constrained by a Commerce Department trade investigation." For that reason, the Invesco Solar ETF (symbol TAN) is up almost 6% today. Also good news for 7c Solarparken that governments are pushing for solar energy, also the case in Germany.

When you look at the share price targets from the analysts that follow the company (http://solarparken.com/research.php), taken into account that they will raise those targets after the excellent recent figures, 5,8 to 6€ per share seems a minimum an surely realistic takeover price.

Which Shareprice do you expect If a takeover would happen now?

Like "Maydorns Meinung": takeover surely possible and the share is at this moment a little bit out of focus from investors. But that can change quickly, surely when the rumours about a takeover are gaining attention.
