Alibaba announced that the trialed express delivery service of its Taobao Tmall Hong Kong has been concentrating on shopping experience and enhancing the capabilities of commodity logistics, customer service and consumer operations. Starting from June 2022, the unit has been working trials with Cainiao on a new express delivery service. Under the latest express delivery arrangement, as long as the mainland warehouse completes the receipt of goods before 6:00 p.m. on a working day, the package will be dispatched from the warehouse on the same day, and be delivered within two working days after being released from the warehouse.
