Dear Shareholder, Anson Resources Limited (ASX:ASN) has a quality asset base and significant potential. We believe that by adding proper governance, stronger board oversight and additional commercial capability, the Company can become more accountable to its owners, create more commercial opportunities, reduce costs, improve communication and open additional funding sources — **all with the objective of improving the value of your investment.** The Company is responsible for preparing and dispatching the materials for the extraordinary general meeting. It is required to call the meeting by 8 July 2026. While we wait for the official meeting materials, I attach for your reference: * the section 249D notice requisitioning the EGM, submitted to the Company on 17 June 2026 with the support of shareholders holding approximately 5.2% of Anson’s issued capital; and * the Requisitioning Shareholders’ Explanatory Statement, submitted to the Company on 29 June 2026 under a section 249P request that it be included with the meeting materials. This request was supported by shareholders holding approximately 8.8% of Anson’s issued capital. The final meeting materials will be prepared by the Company and reviewed by ASX before dispatch to shareholders. We continue to build substantial support for change.
