Außerdem wurde auch noch die Unterstützung des Projekts durch 3 Kongressabgeordnete erreicht. Das alte Management bemüht sich jedenfalls mehr Engagement zu zeigen, als das bisher der Fall war. Wenn sie jetzt noch ihre Gehälter halbieren würden, wäre alles ok. Das werden sie aber sicher nicht tun.

Nach der verbindlichen Vereinbarung mit POSCO ist die Aktion doch begründbar. Die Zwergenaufstandtruppe wirkt auf mich weiter sehr intransparent mit ihrem Vorhaben. Kommt da noch was, oder wollen die nur E-Mail-Adressen sammeln?

Das Feedback zu ASN von Besuchern der Fastmarket Konferenz soll sehr positiv gewesen sein. Einige wussten nicht wirklich was ASN macht und wo sie bei der Entwicklung stehen. Das ändert sich gerade massiv.

Mit einem Schlusskurs von 0,043 AUD immer noch 0,001 AUD über dem tiefsten Schlusskurs seit mehr als 5 Jahren. Aber morgen ist auch noch ein Tag.

1. Prior to the 2022 $50m @36c raise, the company/Bruce seemed to have a healthy level of hustle and financial prudence. DFS in hand, FEED, Financing, Permitting and FID to complete Q2:2023, construction commencing Q3:2023 and first production in 2025 Bruce on $450k, Tim on >$400k... board annual costs now knocking on $3m. 3. Like many here have discussed, the company's approach to communication and disclosure over the years has been inconsistent at the best, and potentially negligent at worst. If its convenient, we get to hear about it (eventually) ... too many times tho updates I'd expect to receive in the normal course of business just never arrive - is/was that information inconvenient or is it just not 'material' enough to warrant being shared? 4. And then there are the comms that make, or break, the market. How are we at 4.4c and only $70m market cap ... given the resource, the calibre of our partners LGES/POSCO, and the potential of our project (+YC)? The market doesn't believe ... and the share price is evidence of that. 5. Governance - its just not good business having a CEO who effectively reports to no one but himself.

Die Antwort des Marktes ist ein Minus von 2,2%. Mal sehen, ob es noch zu neuen 5-Jahrestiefs kommt. Das letzte bei 0,041 AUD liegt ja schon 3 Handelstage zurück.

Langsam tut sich was beim ASN Management. Die Kommunikation wird hochgefahren und es wird auf allen möglichen Kanälen kommuniziert. Ob das ausreicht;)

Dem muss ich dir klar widersprechen. Greg ist lediglich aufgrund seines Verhältnisses zu Bruce festangestellt. Der ganze Laden ist wirklich sehr zum Vorteil des Managements eingestellt. Bruce ist kein Manager. Tim erledigt die meiste Arbeit und hat auch die ganzen Deals exekutiert. Wir werden permanent belogen und es werden uns Informationen vorenthalten. Der Support der Anleger liegt bei über hundert Millionen Anteilen. Bruce weiß das und hat jede Chance auf eine Gespräch ungenutzt verstreichen lassen. Daher ist das EGM eine sehr gute Chance das ganze Vorhaben gesund aufzustellen. Bruce sollte lediglich von seiner Doppelpfunktion zurück treten, Gehälter und Ziele sollen angepasst werden, das Team sollte sinnvoll um externe Profis mit Mining & Management Background ergänzt werden. All das liegt aktuell nicht vor und ist einzigartig im ASX

Soll das ein Witz sein? Ein Unternehmen das Rohstoffe abbauen möchte, beschäftigt einen Geologen aus dem gleichen Grund wieso ein angehender Automobilhersteller Leute beschäftigt, die etwas vom Automobilbau verstehen. Bei Anson gibt es mindestens ein Dutzend Positionen, auf die man eher verzichten kann, als auf einen Geologen.
