Ein US-Handelsgericht hat am Freitag zugunsten von Apple entschieden und einen Antrag des Medizintechnikunternehmens Masimo abgelehnt, das ein erneutes Importverbot für die Apple Watches des Tech-Giganten erwirken wollte.
Die US International Trade Commission (ITC) schloss das Verfahren von Masimo ab, nachdem sie es abgelehnt hatte, eine vorläufige Entscheidung eines ITC-Richters vom März zu überprüfen. Dieser hatte geurteilt, dass die überarbeiteten Uhren von Apple keine Patente von Masimo im Zusammenhang mit der Technologie zur Messung des Blutsauerstoffgehalts verletzen.⬆️
