Der Vorschlag von McKinsey war Atos aufzuteilen, damit sich bei Atos Unternehmensteile gegenseitig Konkurrenz machen und man sich mit dem völlig unbekannten Namen "Eviden" sich ins Aus schießt. Die Katastrophe nahm dann ihren Lauf.
