OSL Group (WKN A2QN4W) Milliarden Krypto Company aus Hongkong hat Banxa Holdings ein Übernahme Angebot unterbreitet . Die Akquisition wurde am 27. Juni 2025 bekannt gegeben und betrifft alle ausstehenden Stammaktien von Banxa, die von OSL über eine Tochtergesellschaft erworben werden. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 1,55 CAD ( 0,97€ ) pro Banxa-Aktie, was einem Gesamtwert von etwa 82,5 Millionen CAD entspricht.
