Banxa bevorstehende Übernahme Forum: Community User: Newmarkettrader
Verzeihung darf ich mal eine vl ja doofe frage stellen🙈? Wegen dieser 4 Mio Strafgebühr wenn einer der Parteien abspringt. Wenn ein Bieterkrieg ausbricht und da ein höherer dabei ist und die dann das höhere Angebot annehmen, werden diese 4 Mio fällig? Wäre dass dann nicht unklug ein anderes anzunehmen?
Banxa hier Partner Wonderfi wurde zu 0,36 von Robinhood übernommen bzw. muss auch abgestimmt werden . Hier ist der Kurs bei nur 0,35 nicht weit vom Übernahmekurs , siehe Chart : https://ibb.co/rG5Q90pw Banxa müsste also längst bei 0,95-0,96 nach der News nach Börsenschluss am Freitag stehen
