Da wurden schon andere pcb Prozesse geführt und tlw. Gewonnen bzw Vergleiche geschlossen...daher bei ocb kein gutes gefühl. Könnte nur sein das jede situation zu pcb total anders ist.
das überhaupt zu verhandeln ist absoluter Unsinn.

Geht es in dem Prozess eigentlich nicht darum ein bisheriges Urteil mit 185m usd neu auszutragen und zu reduzieren? Liest sich so...

Denke auch nur wenn alles läuft dann urteil 8 oder 9 Januar.

Branscome reminded jurors not to evaluate decisions made decades ago by contemporary standards. She argued Monsanto acted reasonably on the available scientific evidence at the time, and she noted the company voluntarily stopped selling PCBs two years before the government banned their use.

Wo steht denn da, dass es morgen eine Entscheidung gibt? Konnte nur lesen, dass die Geschworenen Anfang Januar zur Beratung zurückkommen. Außerdem ist morgen Feiertag in den USA wegen der Beisetzung von Jimmy Carter, bezweifel, dass da morgen was kommt
