Also erstmal lese ich zwischen den Zeilen daraus, dass es tatsächlich zu keiner gütlichen Einigung kommen wird. Zur Gesichtswahrung aller, weil ja im März genau das Gegenteil verlautbart wurde, wird jetzt nicht gesagt 'Verhandlungen gescheitert', sondern es wird das Wort 'optional' verwendet. Nur m e i n e unmaßgebliche Deutung. Außerdem: Ich glaube nicht, dass Arife bei 0 anfangen will. Vielleicht gibt es wegen der Patente, Grundlagenforschungen etc ja auch noch ein gerichtliches Nachspiel.

Da wäre ich nicht so sicher. Die beiden Köpfe sind ja Gründer und bis jetzt ist noch nichts offizielles bekannt, wie oder was mitgenommen wurden. Was im Hintergrund passiert wissen nur Insider 😉 Ob mit deren Ausscheidung aus dem Unternehmen auch dann endgültig einen Cut für die Zukunft gilt ist auch nicht klar definiert. Ich persönlich traue diesen beiden null, eventuell haben sie was gegen die beiden Zwillinge und den Aufsichtsrat in der Hand = da beide die Füße ziemlich stillhalten 🙄

Liest sich in der Tat nach extrem verhärteten Fronten. Ansonsten würde man schon über gute Gespräche etc reden, Details müssen noch geklärt werden etc. etc. Das Übliche halt, wenn sich zwei Parteien mit dem Ziel einer Einigung nach außen darstellen. Nicht mal im Ansatz ein positives Signal nach außen. Selbst darauf konnte man sich offensichtlich nicht einigen. Übel.

With regard to Gotistobart, we did not have so far detailed discussions with regulatory authorities. We have an understanding how the path forward would be and we will further refine that on the totality of data we will see in part two of the trial and we’ll then engage with regulators.
